Last Updated: September 12, 2026 • Operator: Lienskill Limited

1. Uncompromising Commitment to Child Safety

Zaloba is a communications platform operated by Lienskill Limited ("Lienskill", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Kenya. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation and abuse, grooming, trafficking, and any behavior or content that endangers minors.

We are dedicated to maintaining a safe communications environment. This document sets forth our public safety standards, prohibited conduct, in-product boundaries, reporting pathways, and procedures for addressing child safety concerns across the Zaloba ecosystem.

2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct & Content

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zaloba and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, evidentiary preservation, and, where required or appropriate under applicable law, referral to competent law-enforcement authorities:

Zero-Tolerance Violations
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, uploading, transmitting, displaying, possessing, facilitating, or distributing any visual or textual depiction of child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation.
  • Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Any form of sexual extortion, commercial sexual exploitation, or non-consensual sharing of intimate images involving minors.
  • Grooming & Child Solicitation: Utilizing conversations, group channels, voice notes, or video calling to establish contact with, manipulate, or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
  • Trafficking & Endangerment: Facilitating, organizing, or promoting the trafficking, physical harm, or psychological endangerment of children.

3. User Safety & Boundary Controls

Zaloba incorporates user-facing controls to empower individuals to govern their communication boundaries:

  • Instant Contact Blocking: Users can immediately block any contact or Zaloba Number, terminating all messaging, call requests, and profile visibility from that account.
  • In-App Reporting for Messages and Users: Users can report suspicious or abusive messages and accounts directly through in-app reporting tools in conversations and profile screens.
  • Status Privacy Audience Controls: Users can choose who can view their 48-Hour Status updates (Everyone, My Contacts, or Whitelist).

4. Reporting Pathways & Incident Investigation

If you encounter, suspect, or become aware of any content, account, or activity involving child endangerment, abuse, or exploitation on Zaloba, report it immediately:

Designated Child Protection & Safety Point of Contact

Email: legal@zaloba.chat with the subject line [Child Protection Report]. Please include relevant identifiers (e.g. the reported Zaloba Number, handle, or message details) and contextual information.

Upon receipt of a child safety report, Lienskill Limited executes the following response protocol:

  • Immediate Investigation: Safety reports are prioritized for rapid review.
  • Account Termination: Offending accounts identified as transmitting CSAM or engaging in child exploitation are permanently banned.
  • Evidence Preservation: Technical logs, payloads, and identifiers are securely preserved in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Law Enforcement Referral: Where required or appropriate under applicable law, credible reports involving child sexual abuse material or child endangerment may be referred to competent law-enforcement authorities and relevant child-protection organizations.
